Job Purpose:

Lead, drive, and oversee the Projects as well as formulate strategies, controls, guidelines, and measures on the integration of operations and business to drive towards the growth and development of the company

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan, develop and set goals as well as organizational policies
  • Projects to achieve short and long-term financial and business goals
  • Steer and drive the changes in the business environment and technology by leading the operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of services in meeting the overall business plan
  • Set and control operating cost and budget to ensure all expenditure is in line with the company's financial target
  • Set and establish overall strategies related to operations to drive towards the company's overall target in achieving excellent customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Manage and tackle challenges arises on operational matters to address concerns and safeguard company's reputation
  • Review quality assurance management to ensure efficiency and enhancement of processes, cost, and overall service quality
  • Lead, coach, and guide the staff in both management skills and technical expertise to enhance capabilities and deliver up to expectations
  • Drive, monitor and review performance throughout the division to ensure employees are clear about the targets to be achieved and performance is aligned with the overall business goals
  • Lead and identify business opportunities and actively build client relationships to increase revenue stream
  • Oversee execution of all projects to ensure they are carried out smoothly
  • Evaluate project progress and requirements and advise as appropriate to minimize exposure and risk

Qualifications and experiences:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience; from oil & gas industry
