Jawatan: Quality Control (Paint & Body Works)

Tanggungjawab:

  • Melaksanakan pemeriksaan kualiti sebelum, semasa dan selepas kerja body repair dan paint.
  • Memastikan setiap kenderaan yang disiapkan memenuhi standard kemasan, padanan warna, kebersihan dan spesifikasi syarikat.
  • Mengesan kecacatan seperti runs, dust, orange peel, calar, color mismatch dan ketidaksempurnaan bodywork.
  • Menyediakan laporan pemeriksaan dan merekodkan sebarang kecacatan serta tindakan rework yang perlu dilakukan.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan pengurus dan teknisyen untuk tindakan pembetulan dan peningkatan kualiti.
  • Memastikan semua SOP pemeriksaan, proses kerja dan penggunaan peralatan QC dipatuhi.
  • Menyemak dan memastikan peralatan pemeriksaan berada dalam keadaan baik.
  • Memastikan persekitaran bengkel sentiasa selamat, teratur dan mengikut standard operasi.
  • Menyiasat dan memberi maklum balas bagi sebarang aduan berkaitan kualiti hasil kerja.
  • Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Kelayakan Minimum:

  • SPM / SKM / Diploma dalam Automotif, Body & Paint atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Pengalaman dalam bengkel cat dan bodywork merupakan kelebihan.
  • Ketelitian yang tinggi serta kemampuan mengenal pasti kecacatan dengan tepat.
  • Kemahiran menggunakan peralatan asas QC seperti paint thickness gauge dan lampu pemeriksaan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
