We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Junior Sales Associate. In this role, you'll represent our brand directly to customers, build strong connections, and deliver engaging product presentations to drive sales and brand awareness. You'll be the face of the company — creating memorable experiences and helping customers discover our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through direct, face-to-face interactions at various locations (roadshows, events, retail spaces, or door-to-door campaigns).
  • Promote and present products or services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and results-driven personality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
