The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to support our global marketing efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment. You will be instrumental in executing our marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and growing our presence across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Content Creation & Social Media Management:

o Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, wechat, Tiktok,Xiaohongshu)

o Help manage and grow our online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

o Monitor social media trends and propose new ideas for engagement.

Multilingual Marketing Support:

o Translate and localize marketing materials, including emails, blog posts, and social media content, from English to Chinese and other supported languages.

o Ensure all translated content is culturally appropriate and resonates with the target audience.

Creative Design & AI Integration:

o Utilize AI-powered design tools to create compelling visuals, banners, and infographics for marketing campaigns.

o Support the design of simple marketing materials, leveraging a good eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.

• Campaign Execution:

o Provide hands-on support for the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and affiliate support.

o Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• Essential:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

o Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Additional languages are a significant plus.

o A genuine interest in financial markets (FX, CFDs, stocks). Prior industry experience is an advantage, but a strong desire to learn is essential.

o Demonstrable experience with major social media platforms in business use.

o Experience with AI content creation tools for graphic design or copywriting.

o Basic skills in graphic design or video editing (e.g., using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).

o Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking.

o Strong executional abilities with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

o A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
