Responsibilities:

· Assist in monitoring tender advertisements from government agencies, statutory bodies, PBT, and clients

· Support compilation of basic information on potential business opportunities and projects

· Assist in preparation of tender submissions, proposals, pre-qualification, and supporting documents

· Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical, commercial, and compliance documents

· Support authority liaison activities with relevant agencies and stakeholders under supervision

· Assist in submission, follow-up, and tracking of authority applications, approvals, and statutory requirements

· Prepare draft correspondence, forms, and basic documentation for authority submissions

· Support other departments in event preparation, logistics coordination, and documentation

· Assist in preparing simple reports and management updates

· Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or related fields.

· Basic understanding of government processes, permits, and corporate documentation.

· Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

· Committed, good interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to prepare reports, and official correspondence.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
