Job Description
Researching market opportunities, competitors, and leads (e.g., via trade databases).
Prospecting leads via calls, emails, or social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
Building partnerships/JVs (joint ventures) and pitching to C-suite executives.
Conducting product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
Upselling/cross-selling to existing customers.
Developing go-to-market strategies and leading pilot projects.
Tracking ROI on initiatives and forecasting revenue pipelines.
Networking at events like MIHAS (Malaysia International Halal Showcase).
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication, persuasion, and resilience (handling rejections).
Basic digital literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace); Mandarin a plus for diverse clients.
High-level negotiation and presentation skills.
Understanding of B2B sales cycles (often longer and complex).
