Assistance Manager, Project Implementation

Responsibilities:

 To provide the support and commitment for the overall implementation of the property development

system in the organization.

 To guide and supervise the implementation of the development to ensure compliance to good

engineering practice, specified specification with acceptable quality.

 To monitor project progress to achieve the scheduled Rate of Works (ROW) and Project Billing claim.

 To assist the superiors in the overall management and operations of the company's existing and

future development projects.

 To get involve with the project team in the planning, implementation and successful completion of

projects.

 Plan, manage, monitor and control from post-contract stage to defect liability period stage to meet

the approved standard on quality, cost and time.

 To maintain, close and effective liaison with external parties involved in construction sectors for the

compliance; specific focus will be on expedite the construction progress and CCC closing. These

include local authorities, federal government departments, project consultants, contractors etc.

 Oversee the implementation of ISO assessment system for all projects.

 Manage the implementation of QLASSIC Assessment System.

 Monitor and ensure all complaint highlighted in the lodged defect lists during the defect liability

period are closed within the stipulated time frame.

 To periodically compile, prepare and present the reports of the development's status, progress of

works to Superior / Management

 Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post

Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture,

Construction Management or equivalent.

 At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Contractor and

high-rise building construction experiences will be added advantages.

 Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

 Possess ISO and QLASSIC quality control and assessment experience.

 Must be a good team player and team leader.

 Able to work independently and under pressure.

  •  Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
