We're on the lookout for an Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist who is passionate about e-commerce management, livestream, social media trends, and marketing. Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

• Manage and grow our TikTok Shop and Shopee store, ensuring smooth operations, good shop heath & store rating and optimization.
• Analyse marketplace sales & product data (for livestream, video, affiliate, shop tab) and make data-driven decisions to grow sales and brand awareness.
• Plan and participate in marketplace campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sales.
• Manage & optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to enhance conversion rates.

Livestream Coordination & Execution

• Manage the onboarding, scheduling, and performance of internal & external livestream hosts.
• Plan and execute engaging livestream sessions to drive brand engagement and sales.
• Ensure seamless livestream execution, from content planning to technical setup.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create highly engaging, trendy, and brand-relevant TikTok videos to increase brand awareness and love.
• Develop creative content ideas, including scripting, planning, and executing engaging videos.
• Be a content talent – willing to appear in videos and brand photos to connect with our audience.
• Shoot and edit video content efficiently for daily posting across TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral challenges, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.

Affiliate Management

• Develop strategy for affiliate marketing, including open and targeted campaigns with relevant commission rates
• Manage execution of affiliate marketing, including but not limited to shortlisting, engaging, managing and analysing affiliate video and live performance

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and/or Shopee store.

Independent, self-motivated, strong sales growth mindset and able to grow brand & provide ideas with minimal support.

Strong understanding of Tiktok and Shopee Livestream and have experience in recruiting, managing livehost & growing livestream sales.

Comfortable appearing on camera as a content talent.

Experience in video shooting and editing (TikTok/Reels preferred).

Strong understanding of TikTok trends, viral content, and audience engagement.

Experience in working with affiliates/KOLs to generate high quality UGC contents.

Background in fashion or beauty industry OR a strong eye for fashion and aesthetics.
