We are seeking a highly creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing & AI Content Creator to support product launches across social media, e-commerce platforms, and global marketing channels. The ideal candidate is proficient in using AI-driven tools to conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact digital marketing assets — including e-brochures, videos, product visuals, and social media content.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, brand storytelling, and the ability to transform technical product information into visually compelling content. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to drive engagement, conversion, and brand visibility.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

1. AI-Driven Content Creation

• Use AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to develop marketing assets.

• Generate e-brochures, infographics, pitch decks, and product sheets for new product launches.

• Produce short-form and long-form promotional videos using AI video tools.

• Create product mock-ups, digital banners, animations, and lifestyle images for campaigns.

1. 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Develop content calendars and manage postings across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Optimize content formats for each platform, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.

• Track content performance and refine strategies using insights and analytics.

1. 𝐄-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

• Create and optimize product pages on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and brand websites.

• Produce compelling product descriptions, visuals, A+ content, and cross-platform promotional materials.

• Coordinate promotional campaigns such as ads, seasonal launches, livestream support, and influencer content.

1. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 & 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

• Work with product teams to understand technical and commercial features.

• Translate technical specifications into consumer-friendly communication.

• Support multi-country marketing activities, especially in markets such as Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Australia, Singapore, and APAC regions.

• Assist with ad campaigns, brand building, and performance marketing initiatives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 & 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

• Proficiency in AI content generation tools (image, video, text, layout).

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.

• Strong video editing and motion graphics capability.

• Experience producing e-brochures, catalogues, product sheets, and digital ads.

• Ability to understand complex technologies and simplify them visually.

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce content optimization.

• Experience running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google (preferred).

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager).
