Job description

To assist Project Manager in daily administrative works and liaise with all consultants and authorities to ensure effective and efficient project management and project development.

  • To liaise with authorities on submission and approval of documents and to follow up with consultants on all authorities requirements.
  • To monitor and arrange for defects works for completed properties.
  • To manage existing companies properties
  • To assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities and Rates.
  • To do site supervision and materials checking on site.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with developer, contractor or consulting firm (QS) is preferred.
  • Knowledge to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
  • Candidate must possess strong management skills and be self discipline.
  • English & Bahasa Malaysia fluency are required.
  • Must be able to drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
