Requirements:

  • For Site Supervisor (Site Foreman):

  • Minimum 1 year of site supervision experience.

  • Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
  • Hands-on attitude and strong team player.
  • Familiar with site coordination and safety practices.

  • For Project Manager:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management.

  • Certificate in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and methods.

  • For Both:

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with luxury residential or bungalow projects is an added advantage.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibility:

  • Site Foreman:

  • Assist in daily site supervision and ensure work is carried out according to plan.

  • Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and deliveries on-site.
  • Monitor site safety and cleanliness.
  • Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager.

  • Attend site meetings when required.

  • Project Manager:

  • Oversee full project cycle from planning to completion.

  • Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Resolve on-site issues with practical solutions.
  • Manage project budget, timeline, and manpower allocation.
  • Prepare project reports and updates to management.
