RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all Housekeeping and Laundry operations to ensure the delivery of excellent service standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction, setting departmental goals and objectives accordingly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance with established standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Supervise and assess the performance of the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, with a strong focus on training, teamwork, and service quality.
  • Ensure all staff maintain up-to-date knowledge of room categories, layouts, and available amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control of all linens, equipment, and departmental assets.
  • Ensure that duty rosters and staff leave schedules are properly planned and prepared, including scheduling for supervisors and below.
  • Assist with assigned administrative duties and departmental documentation.
  • Support in planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for Housekeeping staff.
  • Assist and relieve the Assistant Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisors as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Other language is an advantage.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
