Role Description

This is a
remote,freelance role
for a Recruitment Consultant located in KL, Malaysia.The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing,screening and interviewing candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Talent Recruitment and Recruiting processes(for those with 1 year experience and above)
  • Strong skills in Consulting and Interviewing to assess candidates and provide strategic advice
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage
