Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
  • Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels).
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage social media calendar and ensure timely posting.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
  • Track performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and influencers for content production.

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and coordinate company events, launches, activations, trade shows, and/or community engagements.
  • Source venues, vendors, suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop event budgets, timelines, and production schedules.
  • Promote events via digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports to evaluate success.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in social media management and/or event planning.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time
