About the Role:

The
Employee Experience Lead
will play a key role in strengthening our culture, engagement, and well-being programs. You'll design and lead initiatives that enhance our
People Happiness Score
, support retention goals, and foster a high-performance, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute employee engagement and experience strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the annual engagement calendar — covering communication, recognition, and wellness programs.
  • Partner with HR, L&D, and leadership teams to boost motivation and retention.
  • Drive digital engagement initiatives using platforms such as pulse surveys and recognition tools.
  • Champion well-being, learning, and growth programs that create a positive workplace culture.
  • Analyze survey data and feedback to recommend actionable improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
    3–5 years in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.
  • S
    kills:
    Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Mindset:
    Creative, analytical, and passionate about building great workplace experiences.
  • Nice to have:
    Exposure to digital engagement tools, HR analytics, or large workforce environments.
