Responsibilities:

  1. Able to understand customer data center facilities setup. Utilize solution skill to leads and identify opportunities based on customer insight.
  2. Become proficient in Data Center facilities products & solution (UPS, Containment, Cooling, Prefabricate Solution), understand customers need and providing solutions.
  3. To Support business development manager in market share analysis and market competitor insight analysis.
  4. Responsible to develop solution proposal, pricing and internal quote approval, support commercial decision-making approval, and support Business Development Manager in customer-facing sales operations. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Marketing team to plan and implement marketing plan.
  5. Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders in customer's technical team.
  6. Familiar with the Malaysia Data Center market and be able to select appropriate solutions according to the market's need.
  7. Able to develop and enable the channel ecosystem.
  8. Able to handle and produce technical proposal and tender related submission.

Requirements:

  1. Required Degree in Electrical Engineering related background or equivalent.
  2. Three years or above experience in data center facilities & M&E, working with large high-profile accounts is preferred.
  3. Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with external and internal corporate.
  4. Possesses strong sensibility for technology.
  5. Excellent interpersonal understanding and organizational coordination skills.
  6. Outstanding communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
  7. Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong achievement orientation.
