Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure and construction projects (e.g., roads, buildings, etc.).
  • Review and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to project managers.
  • Support quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and cost estimation.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with the design and execution teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and etc.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
