About Our Client

Established in 1981, our client is a reputable lighting company specializing in decorative lightings, downlights, switches, and fans. With showrooms in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, they serve walk-in customers, interior designers, and contractors, providing high-quality lighting solutions for various needs.

What you'll be doing?
  • Customer Assistance: Handle and assist customers with product enquiries, prepare quotations, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate communication with potential customers.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets, with a learning curve provided to help you succeed.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent sales and after-sales service, handling customer enquiries and feedback with a positive attitude.
  • Product Promotion: Promote company products to existing customers and explore opportunities with new customers.
  • Payment Management: Manage payment collections from customers in accordance with company terms.
  • Team Support: Assist with other ad-hoc sales-related matters as assigned by your superior.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required.
  • Computer Literacy: Confident use of Microsoft Excel and Word to manage sales-related tasks efficiently.
  • Sales Experience: While sales experience is beneficial, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Eager to Learn: A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the lighting industry and sales techniques.
