About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team at Monti Automotive Parts Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices and other billing-related tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and related billing documents.
- Process and update sales orders accurately into the system.
- Arrange and coordinate timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain proper records of billing, documentation, and filing.
- Monitor and track inventory movement to ensure accuracy.
- Handle data entry and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
- Assist in coordinating import/export documentation when required.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing or delivery matters.
What we're looking for
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
