Staff Engineer GaN Technology Development

Work together with Unit process Development experts to define process requirements and optimization with process modules. Set up new Process of Records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration). Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline. Perform electrical device measurement & characterizations. Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies. University degree (master or above) in electrical engineering,microelectronics, physics, material engineering or other relevantstudies. 3-5+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, for exampleprocess integration, technology development or TCAD simulation. Experience with power device characterization and modeling. Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams before Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
