Role Description:

  • Support and execute new product certification milestones activities
  • Participate in cost saving activities to meet plant level goal of EBITDA zero
  • Optimize current processes in collaboration with customer that will enhance process efficiency
  • Support Path Finding Activities including collaboration with customer and internal teams as well as process integration across multiple functional departments
  • Owner of per process during qualification (IPP, Yield, RR, etc) Fine tune procedures to ensure no excursions and no operation mistakes
  • Execute the specification to qualification to handover for all tools or process. Including alignment with internal and external standardizations
  • Execute the qualification and validations of project cost reduction items
  • Engineering Parameter setup/optimization; NPI product's PCS execution Process stability/capability improvement
  • Enhance skill on data analysis by using QC method

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field
  • Expertise in Technology Development and Process Integration
  • Similar Experience in Technology/ R&D in Semiconductor/PCB/ICS/EMS industry is a plus
  • Years of experience will determine your position level (Junior Engineer/ Engineer/ Specialist/ Senior Specialist)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
