Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to support our Host and reservations operations. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs), Airbnb property hosting, and hospitality systems.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, front office operations, reservations, or Airbnb property management
  • Hands-on experience working with OTA platforms (e.g. , Agoda, Expedia) and Airbnb hosting tools

Education:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience

Skills & Traits:

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Guest Centrix PMS and Smart Order system
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
