Reservation Clerk cum Operator

What you'll be doing
- Manage incoming reservation inquiries and bookings through various channels including telephone, email, and online platforms
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with front desk duties such as guest check-in and check-out
- Contribute to maintaining an up-to-date reservation system and database
- Provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for the Horizon Hotel brand
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a hotel reservation or front office role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in using reservation and property management systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in other languages an advantage
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience
