Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room reservations promptly and professionally.
  • Record and process all reservations in the hotel's system accurately, ensuring all details are complete and up to date.
  • Assist guests in choosing the right room type, rate, and package based on their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth room allocation and guest experience.
  • Update and maintain room availability, rates, and special offers across all platforms.
  • Verify and confirm all reservations, amendments, and cancellations according to hotel policies.
  • Maintain guest profiles and ensure data accuracy for repeat and VIP guests.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and ensure all special requests and arrangements are properly communicated.
  • Support in maximizing room revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
  • Handle group reservations and coordinate with Sales Department for room blocks and event bookings.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues related to reservations in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and data protection standards.
