- Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, often in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or staff.
- Arrange travel itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, transport).
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of MD credit card bills
- Handle purchases, reservations, or special requests on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Secretarial or personal assistance.
- Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to work independently with efficiency and effectiveness, discipline & self-motivated, systematic & well-organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
