Responsibilities:

  • Train new staff in the outlet (cooking, service, hygiene, cashier, opening/closing).
  • Conduct refresher training for existing staff.
  • Ensure food quality, portioning, and service follow SOP.
  • Teach proper use of kitchen equipment (fryer, griddle, chiller, freezer, etc.).
  • Monitor staff performance and give on-site guidance.
  • Prepare/update simple training materials and checklists.
  • Support new outlet openings and help improve operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in F&B (trainer, supervisor, or kitchen lead preferred).
  • Good communication and patience in teaching.
  • Understand basic food safety & hygiene.
  • Able to travel between outlets if needed.
  • Responsible, consistent, and proactive.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
