Job Summary:

The IT Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth operation and reliability of the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and networks. This role provides technical support to both headquarters and retail outlets, maintains hardware and software performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues across headquarters and retail outlets.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including computers, printers, POS terminals, and other peripherals.
  • Manage and monitor network infrastructure such as LAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, switches, and routers to ensure stable connectivity.
  • Perform system updates, data backups, and basic server or cloud maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ensure IT assets are properly inventoried, maintained, and secured.
  • Support implementation of new software systems and user training.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server management.
  • Experience with POS systems, CCTV, or cloud platforms is an added advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and provide on-site support when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
