Sales Administrative Executive

Job Description:
- Review and process customer Purchase Orders (POs) into Sales Orders (SOs) accurately and promptly.
- Verify all order details — such as pricing, product codes, quantities, and delivery terms — to ensure accuracy before order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to communicate correct and complete order information for fulfillment and shipment.
- Create new product codes in the system as required, ensuring correct product descriptions and attributes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
- Monitor order status and proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Generate basic reports in Microsoft Excel for order tracking and performance monitoring.
Job Requirement:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and report formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
