The Marketing Head is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products or services. This role involves building and leading a dynamic marketing team, overseeing both online and offline marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and brand image.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

  2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall objectives.

  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

  4. Team Leadership and Development:

  5. Build and lead a dynamic marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.

  6. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving marketing goals.

  7. Campaign Management:

  8. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).

  9. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

  10. Brand Management:

  11. Maintain and enhance the company's brand image.

  12. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

  13. Content Development:

  14. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, website content, and social media posts.

  15. Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies for content creation.

  16. Digital Marketing:

  17. Manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  18. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

  19. Offline Marketing:

  20. Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, direct mail, and events.

  21. Ensure a cohesive offline marketing approach that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

  22. Budget Management:

  23. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

  24. Track expenses and report on budget utilization.

  25. Analytics and Reporting:

  26. Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing efforts.

  27. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:

  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.

  3. Experience:

  4. Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

  5. Previous managerial or leadership experience.

  6. Communication Skills:

  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  8. Ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  9. Analytical Skills:

  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  11. Comfortable using data to make informed decisions.

This addition emphasizes the leadership aspect of the role, particularly in building and managing a marketing team that covers both offline and online activities.

· 5 days work week

· 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

· Working location at Menara Zurich, Johor Bahru

· 14 days Annual Leave

· 14 days Public Holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7, RM12,000.00 per month
