Marketing Head

The Marketing Head is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products or services. This role involves building and leading a dynamic marketing team, overseeing both online and offline marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and brand image.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Team Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a dynamic marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving marketing goals.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Content Development:
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, website content, and social media posts.
Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies for content creation.
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Offline Marketing:
Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, direct mail, and events.
Ensure a cohesive offline marketing approach that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Track expenses and report on budget utilization.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Previous managerial or leadership experience.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using data to make informed decisions.
Creativity:
Innovative thinking and the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns.

· 5 days work week
· 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
· Working location at Menara Zurich, Johor Bahru
· 14 days Annual Leave
· 14 days Public Holidays
· Good working environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7, RM12,000.00 per month
