Requirements :

  • Degree holder in relevant courses; building material, construction
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in Property Development/Construction Development industry.
  • Direct report to Operation Head/General Manager
  • Agile, able to work under fast-paced working environment.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in leading a team
  • Experience from the industry of Industrial Park, High-Rise, Commercial or Industrial

Responsibilities :

  • Master Planning & Development Strategy – Lead the formulation of master plans and development strategies that align with the company's vision, brand positioning, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Feasibility Studies & Business Case Development – Oversee market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and optimize land use.
  • Design & Concept Development – Drive the creation of innovative, sustainable, and lifestyle-driven design concepts in collaboration with architects, planners, and consultants.
  • Authority Liaison & Approvals – Manage engagement with government agencies and local authorities to secure timely planning approvals, permits, and compliance certifications.
  • Project Briefing & Design Management – Define project briefs, design guidelines, and development standards, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and customer expectations.
  • Sustainability & Placemaking Integration – Champion sustainable building practices, green certifications (e.g., GreenRE), and placemaking initiatives that enhance community living.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing,
  • Project Implementation, Contract Administration) and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Project Risk & Value Management – Identify and manage project risks while implementing value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, design, and functionality.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track project planning milestones, budgets,
  • and deliverables; provide management with insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
  • Leadership & Capability Building – Lead and develop the project planning & development team, fostering innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and high-performance culture
