JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Involvement in capturing the design concept /requirement of the product and specification

  • Be part of the Design for Manufacturing Team in giving inputs during the design stage

  • Inspect and test material and machinery for safety

  • Develop the mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams of the solution

  • Delivering early Proof of Concept Designs

  • Machine Builds (Wiring + Machine Assembly) per the timeline agreed with the customer

  • Machine Buyoff as required in the quality standards established internally and with the customer.

  • Tracking and reporting on the project timeline adherence

  • Machine Installation at the customer

  • Trouble Shooting, Problem Solving and fixing repair works

  • Creating BOM list and raising PR according to the project needs if you are assigned as project owner/lead.

  • Create spare list

  • Create Trouble Shooting Guides for Customer Techs

  • Create SOP /Machine Manuals or Guide for Customer

  • Trouble shoot machine mechanical /electrical or Software issues at the Customer site

  • Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment

  • Supervise and direct onsite crew if you are the appointed Project Lead (e.g. technicians)

  • Draft and submit technical reports per provided templates (at customer /internal)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or equivalent of certificate in electrical or electronic or mechatronics.

  • Working experience in related field for not less than 2 Years.

  • Knowledge of reading and constructing mechanical drawings

  • Knowledge basic electrical circuit and understand electrical schematic diagram.

  • Knowledge in electrical wiring

  • Knowledge in mechanical assembly

  • Knowledge in Motor tuning and sensor setting.

  • Basic understand of electrical component such as RCCB, ELCB, MCB, sensor, P.Button

  • Knowledge of general voltage and Current.

  • Knowing cable size in AC and DC.

  • Knowledge on basic vision operating system

  • Ability to select electrical component to base of project requirement.

  • Request quote form supplier and compare cost if you are the project lead.

  • Report Writing

  • Technical troubleshooting skill set

  • On-site setup and support.

  • Performing maintenance of electrical /mechanical system.

  • Working knowledge of common tool appliances and device.

  • Understanding of safety guidelines

  • Ability to support shift work if required by the customer from time to time.

  • Ability to take the role of Project Leader

  • Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment

  • Attention to detail and Meet All Project Milestones and the Final Customer On Time Delivery.

  • An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability

  • Outstanding communication/presentation skill to the customer

  • Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
