Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to discover growth opportunities
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema, etc.)
  • Build and manage off-page SEO efforts, including backlink strategies
  • Analyze and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Create monthly reports with actionable insights for client improvement
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content
  • Implement and manage SEO best practices on WordPress websites (themes, plugins, SEO tools, speed optimization, technical fixes)
  • Communicate directly with clients on SEO strategies, updates, and results
  • Lead SEO audits and manage campaigns to ensure measurable outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in marketing principles.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Proficient in WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, speed optimization, troubleshooting)
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementation
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and target audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills – able to interpret data and improve performance
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about SEO and always up to date with the latest industry trends
