Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pre-Sales Engineer located in Petaling Jaya. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales process, assisting with customer inquiries, delivering technical presentations, and supporting the sales team with solutions tailored to client requirements. The position also involves offering technical support and maintaining strong communication with potential and existing customers to build and sustain trusted relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to understand client needs
- Excellent problem-solving and technical presentation abilities
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology industry or pre-sales environment is an advantage
