Pre-Sales Solutions Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Executive to support our sales team in promoting solar equipment solutions, including PV inverters, battery energy storage systems, microinverters, mounting structures, optimizers, and solar controllers. This is an entry-to-mid-level role, ideal for candidates who have a technical background and want to grow into solution sales in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and product sizing.
- Support in responding to customer inquiries and tenders with product datasheets and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal technical teams to gather correct specifications.
- Participate in product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Maintain updated product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide basic training to customers and partners on product features.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent.
- 0–3 years' experience in solar energy or technical sales support. Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV components (inverters, mounting, battery storage, controllers).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical and sales skills.
- Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
Career Growth
This role offers a pathway to progress into a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role with deeper technical and client engagement responsibilities.

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
