Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Bayan Lepas. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing technical support to clients. Daily tasks include performing on-site field service activities, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, diagnosing technical problems, resolving breakdowns, and building strong communication with customers to deliver excellent service. The role also involves documentation of services performed and liaising with internal teams to escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with equipment
  • Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair processes
  • Ability to provide exceptional Technical Support and deliver effective solutions to clients
  • Strong Communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Basic knowledge of metrology equipment and systems preferred
  • Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or related field is desirable
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bayan Lepas and travel to customer locations as required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
