Role Description

  1. Gathering information and research for business proposal and prospectus
  2. Gathering information for promotional materials such as presentation slides and information sheet
  3. Perform market analysis and research
  4. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  5. Assist frontliner in KYC and client onboarding
  6. Assist in project coordination
  7. Support Business Development team in daily administrative tasks.
  8. To facilitate in seminars, road-shows, exhibitions and trainings.
  9. To prepare advisory presentation material, quotation, proposal and agreement.
  10. To establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with potential and current customers.
  11. To co-ordinate with cross functional teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies.
  12. To share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer and capture in a formal manner.
  13. Willingness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution.
  14. Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  1. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. SPM leavers who are eager to learn are also welcome to try.
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  3. Good people skills and pleasant personality.
  4. Good knowledge of MS office such as World, Excel and Power Point.
