Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and coordinate the flow of production operations
  • Communicate with related department to provide information on progress of production work.
  • Issue work orders, scheduling printing orders
  • Monitor and manage all production job status, schedule and delivery due date and ensure daily deadline are met.
  • Review work orders and arrange priority for urgent orders to avoid delay.
  • Arrange and monitor outsource production goods' status to avoid delay.
  • Raise purchase request for materials shortage and follow up with purchasing department to ensure the material shortage are delivering on time within the required date.
  • Monitor and ensure printing product within require standard
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma holder
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge or Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in high volume environment and multi-tasking
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
