Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize applications using BMC Remedy and BMC Helix, including creating workflows, forms, and automation rules that support IT and business processes.
  • Set up and manage self-service portals and service catalogs in BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP), allowing users to request services and track progress easily
  • Create system integrations to connect BMC platforms with other tools or third-party systems using REST or SOAP APOs and middleware technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across different environments (development, Testing, Production) to ensure stability and performance
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and deliver practical, effective solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System and BMC Helix ITSM platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) development and configuration.
  • Proficient in using Remedy Developer Studio, including workflow creation, active links, and filters.
  • Familiarity with ITSM best practices and the ITIL framework.
  • Experience working with web services, including REST and SOAP APIs, and with relational databases such as SQL in preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
