Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports, including financial performance analysis and variance explanations.
  • Assist in costing analyze i.e. cost-volume-profit relationships, standard costing, variance analyses for costs and revenues , and transfer pricing.
  • To liaise with internal and external auditors on any matters pertaining to internal audit and statutory audits. To assist in ensuring the overall improvement to the internal control and accounting processes.
  • To assist in all matters pertaining to taxation (corporate tax and SST) i.e. accurate and timely preparation of tax estimate, filing of tax returns and etc.
  • Responsible for the preparation of annual budget, forecast and planning by liaising with the relevant business units & departments to arrive at the budget key performance indicators and plan and strategies and initiatives to be incorporate into budget forecast and planning preparation.
  • Oversee ERP to ensure robust internal controls and accurate financial data.
  • Other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
