E-Commerce Executive (Gasko Dry Ice & Cold Chain Solutions)

Our products include dry ice pellets & slabs, gel packs (Sejuk & SubZero), dry-ice courier boxes, cold-chain packaging, and temperature-logging solutions for F&B, pharma, logistics, and consumer markets.

We operate rapidly in both B2B and e-commerce segments — and we are expanding.

We are looking for a driven E-Commerce Executive to help manage our fast-growing online store and marketplace operations.

Job Summary

You will oversee Gasko's online sales platforms (Shopee, company e-shop, tiktok). This role requires good coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly — especially because dry ice and cold-chain orders are time-sensitive.

1. Key Responsibilities1. Online Store & Marketplace Management

• Manage product listings on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Gasko e-shop ).
• Upload/update product descriptions, prices, variants, photos, and stock levels.
• Ensure listings follow Gasko's brand identity and cold-chain accuracy.
• Monitor daily order flow, order cut-off times (5pm), and coordinate with dispatch team.

2. Order Processing & Fulfilment Coordination

• Process customer orders and arrange 90-minute local dispatch (KV & Penang) or nationwide courier shipments.
• Communicate special packing requirements (dry ice weight, foam box size, gel pack configuration, etc.) to operations team.
• Track parcel status (GDEX, Ninja, DHL), update customers, and resolve any issues.

3. Customer Enquiry Management

• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, email, Shopee chat, and social media.
• Provide correct product recommendations (pellet vs slab, gel pack sizes, courier box options).
• Advise customers on shipping timelines, safety handling, and storage instructions.
• Deliver excellent customer service — fast, friendly, and accurate.

4. Marketing & Content Support

• Assist in writing product descriptions, captions, banners, and promotional messages.
• Coordinate campaign participation (Payday Sale, 11.11, Raya, etc.).
• Help prepare visuals for dry ice, gel packs, packaging, and cold-chain content using Canva or provided assets.

5. Reporting & Inventory Support

• Prepare simple reports: daily sales, marketplace fees, weekly best-sellers, complaint trends.
• Monitor stock balance of dry ice, gel packs, foam boxes, flasks, etc.
• Flag low stock or surge in demand to operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or customer service.
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets.
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fast learner, responsible, and able to work in a high-speed operational environment.
• Comfortable working with time-sensitive orders and multi-tasking.

Bonus Skills (Not required, but an advantage)

• Experience in cold-chain, logistics, or FMCG.
• Basic photo editing / Canva design.
• Knowledge in SEO, marketplace ads, or A+ content.
• Understanding of dry ice handling and safety (training provided).

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
