**Job Overview**:
The Brands Acquisition Associate is the “quarterback “ of the customer relationship, and we are looking for superstars to grow our team. We are seeking an experienced, quota carrying sales performer who is looking to focus their skills to drive the effective use of technology for supply chain digitalization. If you have a passion for technology and an interest in how it can facilitate positive digital change, combined with large organization/enterprise technology sales experience, we want to talk with YOU.
**Why does this job exist and why is it critical?**
To summarise this role, you will be working on the following:
- Bringing in new opportunities from new customers
- Following up and qualifying opportunities
- Educate BD team on market trends, user insights and competitive analysis relevant to eCommerce and supply chain industries
- Collaborate with other teammates on future opportunities with regards to client account planning and opportunity roadmap
**What are you accountable for?**
- Develop and formulate strategic and tactical sales plans to attract relevant client profiles and ensure that Team KPI and goals are met
- Build Dropee’s market position by identifying potential business deals and closing relationship with new customers
- Provide and screen data/information for potential business deals by analyzing market strategy, examining risks and financial accuracy for business decision making
- Protect Dropee’s value by keeping company projects and tender information confidential
- Ensure sales pipeline in CRM is diligently updated - consistently putting new opportunities week on week AND progressing the opportunity sales motion from creation to closing
- Develop comprehensive opportunity and pricing plans for all assigned customers
- Orchestrate communication and collaboration between cross functional Dropee team and customers
- Accountable on driving assigned sales opportunities to closure with a close plan
- Keeping track of all post-sales activities with timely delivery of the technology solution
**What do you need for this role?**
- Relevant experience in selling technology solutions
- Excellent sales performance track record
- Previous experience in a high-performing team/company is an added advantage
