**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through research, outreach, and market analysis.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities to maintain consistent engagement and drive conversions.
- Assist company’s registration in customer portal and procurement system such as Sistem Tender Online Selangor and etc.
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up to date records, both electronically and in hard copy format.
- Assist in preparing bids, tenders, and documentation for government or private sector projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
- Represent the company professionally to prospective clients and business partners.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**QUALIFICATION (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience specializing in Administration or Business Admin
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently, perform multi-task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
