As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and experienced **Business Development Manager** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute strategic business development plans** to identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships** by understanding their needs and offering tailored automotive solutions.
- **Lead sales initiatives and promotional campaigns** to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Identify and **negotiate strategic partnerships** with car dealerships, fleet owners, and other potential collaborators.
- **Monitor market trends and competitor activities**, providing actionable insights to enhance our service offerings.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Achieve and exceed sales targets**, driving revenue growth for all service categories (auto detailing, ceramic coating, window tinting, PPF).
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a **Business Development Manager** or in a similar role, preferably in the **automotive services** or **automotive aftercare industry**.
- Strong **sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills**.
- In-depth knowledge of **automotive detailing, coatings, tinting, and PPF solutions** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to **develop and implement strategic business plans**.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese** will be an added advantage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel when necessary.
