Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Help chef in preparing ingredients, sauces, and side dishes.
  • Handle and prepare raw meat safely according to hygiene standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and utensils.
  • Support cooking and plating during busy hours.
  • Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and report shortages.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen work or cooking is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and follow kitchen instructions.
