Human Resource Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Administrator to support our HR operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely onboarding processes, and generating essential HR documentation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Singapore employment laws and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform data entry of new hires into the HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment, contract addendums, and other HR-related documents.
• Ensure all employee documentation is complete, updated, and properly recorded in the HRIS and personnel files.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks as required.
• Assist in compliance-related activities aligned with Singapore employment regulations.
• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management in alignment with business needs.

Skills/Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in HR administration, onboarding, or HRIS data management is an advantage.
• Conversant in Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
