An opportunity now exists for a talented General Manager of Human Resources to join the business to lead the human resource function across Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, and South Korea

Multi-country work authorisation is required to operate across all Southeast Asian markets including Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, and South Korea.

in your new position, you will

  • be part of the Senior Leadership team for SEA
  • manage industrial relations
  • lead and manage employee policies and procedures
  • lead the internal recruitment and talent development programs
  • manage all remuneration and benefits

You are a talented human resource generalist who has

  • at least three years at a General Management level in HR
  • worked in a multinational business
  • minimum 5+ years of multinational business experience is required
  • is teritiary qualified
  • holds an HR or Business degree as tertiary qualification
  • can demonstate a sound commercial thinking coupled with excellent results in prior positions
  • worked in an industrial goods/ product environment
  • minimum 1-2 years of industrial goods or product environment experience is required
