About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Operation Officer to join our team at Arena Nation Human Resource Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Pandan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support management in planning and implementing operational strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare operational reports.
  • Handle administrative duties including documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in operations or administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
