T Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including Engineers and other relevant person.
- • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive products in the industry.
- • Develop a deep understanding of our sheet metal products, manufacturing processes, and industry applications.
- • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the company's sheet metal fabrication solutions.
- • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.
- • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for repeat business.
- • Manage the customer sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on sales performance and forecasts.
- • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders based on customer requirements.
- • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and project specifications.
- • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.
- • Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- • Assist customers in coordinating schedules, timelines, and deliveries.
- • Address any post-sale issues or concerns regarding product quality, delivery, or service.
- • Guide, mentor, and support sales team members to enhance their capabilities and improve overall team performance.
- • Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities to the Deputy Managing Director.
Qualification :
• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.- • Familiarity with industry standards, product specifications, and customer requirement.
- • Working experience at least 5 years and above in sales within the sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing, or related industries.
