We are seeking an energetic and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand both in-store and online. You will assist walk-in customers at our Bukit Bintang branch while simultaneously managing customer inquiries and sales leads coming through our Social Media channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Retail Sales:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate product features and recommend items based on customer needs to close sales.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising of the showroom/store.
  • Manage stock display and conduct daily inventory checks.

2. Social Media Sales & Engagement:

  • Respond to customer inquiries (PM/DM) on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp promptly to convert them into sales or store visits.
  • Take photos/videos of new arrivals or promotions and post them on Company "Stories" or Statuses.
  • Follow up on leads from social media (e.g., customers asking "How much?" or "Is this stock available?").
  • Participate in occasional Live Stream sales (if required).

3. Sales Targets & Reporting:

  • Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
  • Process payments (Cash, Card, QR) accurately using the POS system.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM5,000.00 per month
