Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for after-sales service and technical support for major clients in Malaysia, providing on-site services;

  2. Responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support for company products, as well as providing application guidance to customers, and resolving technical issues that arise during product use;

  3. Communicate with customers, understand their needs, collect feedback from customers, and promptly follow up and handle it.

Requirements:

Job requirements:

  1. A domestic college degree or above (equivalent to or higher than a Malay degree);

  2. Local Chinese in Malaysia,proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay;

  3. Three years of relevant work experience, semiconductor or packaging board testing equipment preferred;

  4. Have certain communication and coordination skills, be positive and proactive, and have strong learning abilities;

  5. Driver's license.

  6. After joining, attend one month training in Dongguan, China
